Ownership & Heritage

The SoCo House is part of The SoCo Hotels collection associated with Arcadia Hotels & Resorts and veteran Black Barbadian hotelier Ralph W. Taylor.

Taylor is a longtime leader in Caribbean hospitality whose career has included developing and managing major resort properties across Barbados and Saint Lucia. He previously led Almond Resorts, helping grow the company into one of the Caribbean’s significant all-inclusive resort groups.

The SoCo concept represents a more intimate interpretation of the Caribbean all-inclusive experience, emphasizing personalized hospitality, boutique accommodations and locally influenced dining.
