Ownership and Heritage

Island Inn Hotel operates as part of the Mango Bay Group, a locally owned Barbadian hospitality company associated with veteran Black Barbadian hotelier Peter Odle. The group also includes Mango Bay Hotel, The Sands Barbados and Island Caterers.

Odle entered the hospitality industry during the 1970s and established a longstanding relationship with Island Inn through a hotel lease. Today, the property remains part of a Barbadian-led hospitality portfolio, supporting local employment while preserving one of the island’s most historic accommodations.
