Labadi Beach Hotel offers a rare combination of beachfront relaxation and city convenience. Guests can spend the day beside the pool or Atlantic Ocean while remaining within easy reach of central Accra, Osu, Independence Square and Kotoka International Airport.

The hotel is especially well suited to travellers seeking a full-service Ghanaian resort with dining, wellness, family and business facilities in one location.

Ownership & Heritage

Labadi Beach Hotel is wholly owned by Ghana’s Social Security and National Insurance Trust, commonly known as SSNIT. This makes it a Ghanaian publicly owned property rather than a privately owned hotel.

Established in 1991, the hotel has become one of Ghana’s best-known luxury hospitality properties. Its profits and dividends benefit SSNIT, which manages pension funds on behalf of Ghanaian workers.
