Co-founded by Chicago entrepreneurs It was co-founded by Eric Williams, owner of the Hyde Park art and retail space The Silver Room, and hospitality veteran Cecilia Cuff of The Nascent Group.. • Financing: The project received a grant from Chicago’s Neighborhood Opportunity Fund, which uses fees from downtown high-rise developers to support community-enriching projects on the South and West Sides.
